We cultivate love when we allow our most vulnerable and powerful selves to be deeply seen and known, and when we honor the spiritual connection that grows from that offering of trust, respect, kindness, and affection.
Brene Brown, The Gifts of Imperfection
Well, you know I love this! Any chance it is packed in a box on its way to me? :-)) Kristin, you are blowing me away with your flood of beautiful, hopeful work. Wow!
Thank you, Missy! I thought of you as I worked on this piece, as you are the dear friend who introduced me to the whole idea of “whole hearted llving!” Brene Brown’s research/writing is so timely – I am still in the midst of reading Daring Greatly. You may as well just sign me up as a lifetime member of your book club:)
